The price quoted on our main page is the price for a Civil Ceremony (i.e. Registry Office) wedding located in a "CV" (Coventry) postcode. The fees that we charge for attending a wedding are based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to; time of year, day required, type and size of wedding, its location (i.e. distance travelled) and the number of hours attendance requested. As every couples wedding is unique, the actual cost will be carefully calculated and discussed with you prior to you confirming your booking with us.

A £90 booking fee is due at the time of the booking to reserve your selected date.
50% of the remaining fees are due within 30 days to confirm the booking of your selected date.
All remaining fees will then become due 8 weeks prior to the day of the wedding. Should the booking occur within 8 weeks of the day of the wedding, then the whole of the fee becomes payable immediately. We allow a 7 (seven) day change-of-mind period. Should you change your mind within 7 (seven) days of booking us, providing that fotomedia has supplied no services to you up to that point, we will refund all monies paid - less a £25 administration fee. After this time, or if we have already provided services to you, then no refunds will be given against monies already received . If fotomedia have already provided services to you, then fotomedia will fullfil its obligations and supply the goods as agreed at the time of your booking, insofar as the services already provided will allow.

We reserve the right to amend our charges and conditions at any time, although the price agreed at the time of your booking is all you will pay. Acceptance of a booking is at the sole discretion of fotomedia, and any booking accepted will be confirmed in writing. E&OE.
